Biography

Glen has 33 years of experience working as an accountant and 28 years as an attorney specializing in business law, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in accounting from Emporia State University with a minor in economics, Glen worked as a Certified Public Accountant for the international accounting firm of Deloitte before receiving his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He worked for the prestigious law firms of Linde Thomson and Watson & Marshall before establishing his own practice in 1996. He frequently lectures on asset protection strategies, business formations, business sales and purchases, tax law and estate planning.

Glen is currently a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
